Water damage is a serious threat to your home or business, and delaying restoration can lead to long-term consequences like structural weakening and mold growth. At D & N Water Damage, our water damage restoration services in Silverton, OR, focus on speed and thoroughness. We begin with a comprehensive inspection to assess the source and extent of the water damage. Whether it's from a broken pipe, a roof leak, or a natural disaster, we act quickly to stop the flow of water and prevent further damage.
Using industrial-strength pumps, we remove standing water and use advanced moisture detection technology to ensure no water is left behind. Once the water is removed, we use powerful air movers and dehumidifiers to dry out the affected areas, including hard-to-reach spaces like crawlspaces and behind walls. Mold prevention is a top priority in our restoration process, and we take extra steps to sanitize and disinfect the area to prevent health risks. If any structural elements—such as drywall, flooring, or insulation—are beyond repair, we provide full replacement and reconstruction services to restore your home.
Fire can devastate your property, but our expert team in Silverton, OR can handle every aspect of fire damage restoration. Beyond the obvious damage from flames, smoke and soot often cause additional harm by permeating surfaces and leaving behind acidic residues. Our process begins with the careful removal of soot and ash to prevent further damage. Using HEPA vacuums, dry cleaning sponges, and specialized cleaners, we meticulously clean every surface, from walls and ceilings to flooring and furniture.
Smoke damage can linger long after the flames are extinguished, so we deploy advanced odor removal techniques such as thermal fogging, ozone treatment, and air scrubbing to purify the air and neutralize smoke odors. We also assess water damage resulting from firefighting efforts, ensuring the affected areas are fully dried and restored. If structural repairs are necessary, we offer complete rebuilding services, handling everything from electrical systems to drywall installation. With D & N Water Damage, you can trust that your home will be restored to its pre-fire condition.

Silverton is a city in Marion County, Oregon, United States. The city is situated along the 45th parallel about 12 miles (19 km) northeast of Salem, in the eastern margins of the broad alluvial plain of the Willamette Valley. The city is named after Silver Creek, which flows through the town from Silver Falls into the Pudding River, and thence into the Willamette River. The community of Milford was founded in 1846 with a sawmill, store and several other buildings two miles upstream from the present location of Silverton. In about 1853 a second sawmill was built on Silver Creek near where the Silverton city hall now stands. In 1854 the town of Silverton was platted and registered with Marion County. Human habitation of the Silverton area extends back approximately 6,000 years before the present. In historical times, the region was dominated by the Kalapuya and Molala peoples, whose seasonal burns of the area made it plow-ready and attractive to early 19th century Euro-American settlers. Farming was Silverton's first major industry, and has been a dominant land-use activity in and around Silverton since the mid-19th century.
